CareerWell provides career and income planning tools, including AI-generated estimates, job and training suggestions, and resume tools. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.

No professional advice

All output is for general informational purposes only. It is not financial, legal, tax, employment, or career counseling advice and does not guarantee any income, job, or outcome.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information and may only access your own data.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
• Do not use the service for unlawful or discriminatory purposes.

Payments

Some features require a one-time payment processed by Square. Prices are shown before checkout. Because content is delivered immediately, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Intellectual property

You own the content you upload. You grant us a license to process it to provide the service. CareerWell, its design, and generated templates remain our property.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on the output.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Tactical Marketing Pro is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
